Dean Lapham followed both his parents and two older brothers into the wonderful world of education. He began his career in education in the world-renowned, cross-cultural and educational program, Up With People. For five years Dean traveled the world as the Student Programs Manager, leading staff training seminars, managing the educational component and student career development for this international leadership program. Following Up With People, Dean worked in business with colleges and universities helping families financially plan their tuition finances.

Eight years ago, Dean returned to Nova Southeastern University to pursue his masters in secondary education and taught in Florida as a high school Social Studies teacher. At the same time, Dean began working for businesses in Florida as a business development consultant. As the most recent addition to Academic Innovations, Dean is eager to bring his background in education, business and training to the job of Educational Consultant.
