Customized Technical Assistance

Some districts choose to contract for ongoing technical assistance, particularly during the first year of implementation. Periodic “tune-ups” allow teachers to meet with an expert, who can guide them on the path to success. This is particularly helpful for district-wide adoptions.

During the initial year, the consultant can also help you identify individuals who have the potential to become a lead or master teacher. That individual is then groomed to take over the classroom leadership and professional development responsibilities in subsequent years.
